Diary Entry - 27 February 2010
{~Chinese New Year Hectic Times~}

I still type 2009 in the date.

Life in JC during Chinese New Year isn't very much smooth and slow. Tutorials and lectures make me sleep. And I can't ever have enough sleep at night. Why can't time just stop at night when I sleep so that I can sleep for 48 hours straight. Was chosen as the GP representative, so I'm in charge of collecting money for Newsweek, and other stuff related to GP. It's funny how I can suck at things like GP and yet be the representative for it. Well, because my CT cum GP tutor, Mrs Too, is a very nice person. Same goes to my CT cum Economics cum Project Work tutor, Mr Oliver.

Went to Mr Ang's house on 20 February with the 2H'07 peeps like usual. Chatted a lot there, random topics. Then went back to Northpoint to have dinner. Reached home rather early, so I slacked my time away.

Did pretty much nothing for the rest of the period. Study, study, more studies. Japanese lessons can be quite fun when we start laughing like possessed people. Made a few new friends from other JCs there. :D

Went back to CCHY on 22 February to help out here and there with the visit of the Japanese Lion Dance guy. Sakai Namiko-san was there, so I didn't have to do translations. Just chatted with the Japanese people there.

Met Suzuki-sensei while going home on Tuesday. She walked really fast, so we had to run up to chat with her. Suzuki-sensei is the best sensei to chat with. Things like JC life, etc.

Wednesday was slacky, so I came home at like 12 to sleep. Slept for like 5 hours straight. I was just that tired, really.

Thursday was fun at MOELC. Laughed like we never had. We felt retarded, but it was fun nonetheless. Rena almost had another heat exhaustion from laughing. Her temperature rose to 37.4 in the air-con room. She removed the thermometer to prevent herself from being sent home for having a fever. XD Two possessed people in class.

Friday was very long. Tutorials for Economics, GP, Mathematics and a Maths lecture. Then there was Alternative Assessment for Chemistry from 3 to 5PM. Then we randomly decided to go for a choir audition. The guy said "Good" at my lower notes, but the higher ones were kind of sad. I just can't sing in that condition. I could sing better during normal singing sessions. He later commented that it didn't sound "very comfortable, but at least you're not off-tune."

No, but I'm not going to join Choir because it has practices on Tuesdays.

Today, went for tightening braces. It's like really tight now. I can feel it. Dr Anna said my brushing for the inside wasn't very good. I don't know, I brush very diligently. I guess it's the toothbrush. Got purple rubber bands today. XD

Came home to sleep. But woke up with a splitting headache and lack of appetite. I'm like dying. XD

Okay, going back to CCHY again tomorrow for some Chinese New Year Alumni thing. No idea what you call it in English. So I shall sign off here.

Good Day.
