[~Another Grandma & Another Year Older~] Woke up early today, hoping to catch the 30 minutes of Forensic Heroes II I missed on Wednesday, but I still missed it because I got the timing wrong. Or rather, Dad got it wrong. So I went on to play Pokemon Platinum. Cleared Victory Road today, and went on to fight the Pokemon League. The Elite Four was not too much of a problem with Giratina on my side, but Cynthia's Garchomp got me dead. *sighs* Indeed, my levels are too low. My highest level was 52, Garchomp was at 62. O_o Went out at around 2 to my maternal grandma's place to visit her. Seemed like her mental condition has deteriorated further since the last time we visited her. She could still recognize us, but we heard that she has gotten a little paranoid over things. And she could not sit still at one chair, she had to ask the maid or anyone else to help her to the other chair or into the bedroom every 5 minutes or so just because she didn't like that seat. And she has lost the strength to walk safely alone or to shower herself. Her maid had to aid her in everything. It was sad to see her like that. My Mum's sister also seemed to have somehow managed to hide her grief about her boyfriend's death just yesterday, and she could even laugh and joke a bit. Indeed, the Chinese saying that misfortune never comes alone is no doubt correct. Well, after we left Grandma's place, we went back to Northpoint for some sort of dinner at KFC. Then went off to shop for a while without buying anything for myself, then we headed home. I didn't even realise it. 12 midnight passed when I was washing my face. Look, I've got no life. I didn't even remember that it was already my birthday until Jane SMSed me to wish me Happy Birthday. Thanks so much, old pal. XD Okay, I shall sign off now to "enjoy" my birthday.
