Diary Entry - 30 November 2007

Woke up in the morning to some strong winds slamming against my window. Then I felt the immense pain in my mouth because of a stupid ulcer that grew on my tongue. Must have been too heaty.

Didn't really had the time for breakfast, and Dad suggested that we go for bowling, early. So we went at around 1230 and came back at around 1430. Scored quite well for the first game, but sucked later one. My hands started hurting.

Then I had a bath before Aunt SMSed Dad about treating us to a meal this Sunday. But the problem was that I have my JLPT this Sunday morning and that stupid brother had to report back aat Tekong at 1800. So, it was changed to tomorrow night instead. Have no idea where we will have it, but it should be something amazing.

We'll go to Grandma's house tomorrow afternoon and get the presents which I believe they would have bought from Japan. Then we'll go for dinner. Yay. I wonder if there's another announcement to make, or is it just a celebration for Dad and Mum's wedding anniversary. Maybe she got her EOY bonus. Well, everything will unveil tomorrow.

I'll see what we will be having tomorrow then.

Diary Entry 28 November 2007

Aww... The day of the gathering... I'm tired...

Had much fun today, though more than half of everyone was late, but it wasn't much trouble waiting for them since we had people to talk to.

Had brunch at WhiteSands SC before going to Pasir Ris Park. Spent the first two hours riding bike and seeing them smack a ball into Gloria's face. Hoho.

THAT STUPID BIKE. The seat is loose and the chain falls off. Dumbo. The oil stained my hands.

Then we sat down to chat while Edsel ambushed Wenkai from the back and pulled down his pants. Hoho. Cool.

Then we played a few games of Polar Bear. I volunteered to be a game master because the others couldn't come up with great stories to make someone die. Dinesh saved two people!

Then we talked and talked.

Then we went home... Something like that.Then we went home... Something like that.

This picture was what I took when we were riding our last 40 minutes of bike over to the other side to the park and back. They were wondering which path to take, and I noticed the very awesome seaview and took a picture of it. Nice?

Diary Entry 22 November 2007

Bleh... The bowling game was fine.

Just a bit disappointed that I got 109 for both games. Man, I should have gotten something better...

Something shocking was that Chongwei, in the second game, scored...... 9 points! Which was like 100 points less than me... Never mind.

The average of the 4 guys still won over the average of the 5 girls. 65.5 > 63, neh?

I think Safra's lanes are stupid. Their machines and service are stupid too. The machine hangs like every 5 frames and one time no one came to service it, and we waited for about 10 minutes. Stupid people. And they did oiling halfway through the game, which is stupider.

Next time, definitely, I'll be going to OCC.

I know it is already months after she passed away unfortunately, I believe it isn't too late to make a tribute for her. This is a video I made in memory of our late beauty, Sakai Izumi-san.

Diary Entry - 12 November 2007

*stretches*

One long day of work. Wait, was that my first working experience?

Anyways, the work wasn't tough, the tough thing was that I had to do the same thing over and over again for 300 over times, sitting down in the same position. So I'm aching all over.

AND I FORGOT MY EARPIECE. So I couldn't listen to music while packing calendars. *sobs sobs*And aunt made me that uber nice Cadbury Hot Chocolate Drink which was so great. Gonna buy that the next time I visit NTUC!

I've finished slightly more than half of everything there. Actually work should have ended at 1800, but since it would probably be a traffic jam, we stayed until 1900, checking, sticking and packing. The ones to be packed tomorrow needs no envelopes, so it should be much faster than today. I'm left with around 370 calendars. I finished around 350 today. Will definitely finish everything by tomorrow so I can stay at home on Wednesday to rest my tired bones.

I was so tired I fell asleep on the car on the way home. It wasn't supposed to be tiring, but I think it's just me.

Had KFC for lunch at Suntec (again), then we went over to get ourselves some snacks for tea later in the office because we had no idea when we would be getting dinner. Bought these two donuts from Donut Factory which cost like $1.30 each. They were quite alright, but I don't think it's worth it. Those $0.80 ones tastes better IMO. And we also bought 6 Jollibean Pancakes at $3.80. They were cheaper than those in Mr Bean, but they didn't taste as well. Mr Bean ones had better skins.

So I'll be getting my $150 tomorrow! Hurray!

Wait... I don't have anything to spend on... Never mind that.

So, I'll update whatever I have tomorrow! Goodbye.

Diary Entry - 11 November 2007

It's 11/11!

Today marks the last day of our moving. All the items in our old house, which we have lived in for the past 9 years, had been removed and moved here or thrown away. How sorry I feel for them. Many of them are new things and they are immediately taken away by the other people, leaving a heap of mess in the void deck.

We shall never be able to return to that house again. How sad I am now... It had accompanied me through the 9 long years, seeing me from K2 to Sec 2. Finally, it's time to say goodbye.

I shall try to adapt to the new environment and study even harder.

Anyway, tomorrow, I'll be going to work in ITI Solutions. Yes, my aunt's office. They'll be needing to pack some 900 calendars into plastic bag and then into the envelopes with some brochures. I'll get paid $150 for everything. Sounds easy? Yes if I didn't have to do Quality Control and stick stickers, and the plastic bags are hell hard to insert, I heard.

QC because my grandma actually brought one home, and that turned out to not have May and June! That's so ridiculous. Lousy manufacturer. Stupid thing. I'll save the $150 in the bank. Or maybe just $100. I'll use the rest to buy some things. Wait... I have nothing to buy.

Anyway, I'll be turning in now. It's quite late and I'll still have to work tomorrow. 900 will take me about 3 days. *sighs* It'll be 3 long days.

Diary Entry - 3 November 2007

*wails* PTC is almost over... That's so sad...

I actually forgot to post yesterday and the day before! *smacks head* I must be dreaming.

But Ms Wong was so cruel to keep on emphasizing on my acne. They're not acne! They're pigmentations from past pimples! Damn!

And today... I started eating Cherry Tomatoes, hoping that it would help my skin. But they taste horrible. *pukes* And the offer made mum buy two boxes, meaning I'll still have to take them for a long long time.

Today, I earned another $30 from Grandma and Aunt, who commended my results. That's more money now. Hee hee. I'll keep it for rainy days, since I don't really need to spend much money.

Monday will be a trip to Suntec City to set-up the PTC booth and a Roselle Making programme in the afternoon. It'll be one whole day of tiring work and no one will be there to accompany me. I'll be so lonely... Wait, I think Alpha's coming over later in the afternoon. *cheers*

Then we set a new law for all new PTC Alumni, which is, they must watch the Indian Thriller with English Lyrics a.k.a. Girly Man.
